Spoke.ai, the AI-powered suite of tools founded by former N26 employees, has secured a €2 million pre-seed round. The round was led by Founders, with further investment coming from Possible Ventures and an association of experienced angel investors, such as N26 co-founder Maximilian Tayenthal. Funding will be used to get more than 500 companies on the waiting list into the beta.
Spoke.ai wants to solve the problem of information overload in companies. Many teams today are overwhelmed by the chaos of workplace communication: countless tool notifications, constant monitoring of Slack channels to make sure they don't miss any relevant content, and a “reply to all email” culture coupled with the asynchronous nature of teams distributed globally are becoming more numerous.
Spoke.ai uses generative AI, the technology that is fueling the excitement for ChatGPT, to aggregate, prioritize, and summarize information to help manage the chaos and create relevant context instead. According to Spoke.ai, the AI tool integrates deeply into the modern team tools stack (including Slack, Jira, Github, Miro, Figma, and Notion) to create a new type of user experience.
An intelligent inbox and outbox should prioritize tools and summarize notifications. With this, hence the promise, the inbox can be emptied faster than ever before without losing anything of relevance. In addition, Spoke.ai's AI is expected to create a generative knowledge base: “An intelligent search that links tickets, documents, and conversations across tools to always provide up-to-date responses in summarized form,” says a company release.
